Job description:
Do you excel in team collaboration communication and analytical problemsolving Join our team as a Billing Specialistand play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with our innovative language training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the registration and implementation of our language training solutions for our clients learners working closely with the Customer Success Registration and Group Lessons Teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Manage changes during the training period such as credit transfers and deadline extensions and serve as the primary point of contact for requests from clients or other internal teams.
- Alert the Customer Success/Account Executive about any significant issues or client needs that arise.
- Generate and share administrative reports for internal teams and provide insights to the Learning Consultant team to boost learner engagement.
- Validate preinvoices biweekly send them via email or other requested channels and follow up on unpaid invoices through email and phone.
