ARSIEM is currently looking for a Specialized CNO Developer. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Support a teams overall goal in designing developing testing and maintaining CNO capabilities in support of the Annapolis Junction MDs mission requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and six 6 years of experience OR minimum ten 10 years of experience in relevant field
- Minimum eight 8 years of experience programming in Assembly C C Java Perl and/or Python
- Minimum seven 7 years of experience developing in one 1 or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
- Minimum six 6 years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques
- Minimum five 5 years of experience managing and supervising teams in support of Government CNO capability development
- Minimum five 5 years of experience programming CNO tools for the US Government
- Minimum four 4 years of experience programming techniques to evade host and/or networkbased IDS and
- Minimum four 4 years experience in network sockets programming and applicationlevel protocols.
- Specialized Qualifications:
- Experience with designing and writing code in C C or similar with a focus on implementing SSL/TLS protocols
- Expertise in analyzing and securing SSL/TLS protocols
- Proficiency in analyzing network traffic using tools like Wireshark tcpdump or custom scripts
- Understanding of advanced cryptographic attacks and knowledge of secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities (e.g. SSL stripping maninthemiddle attacks)
- Solid understanding of network security concepts including firewalls VPNs IDSs IPSs and protocols like HTTPS SSH and TCP/IP
- Experience with project management best practices such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies and
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) along with understanding of basic configuration management principles.

- Minimum ten 10 years OF experience in computer science information systems or network engineering
- Minimum eight 8 years of experience programming in Assembly C C# C Java Perl and Python
- Minimum five 5 years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five 5 years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
$163000 $183000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role If you do ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10000 and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
