Summary:
We are searching for a Postdoctoral Fellow to collaborate with an interdisciplinary (Clinical Psychology; Special Education; Developmental Psychology) research team conducting implementation research. Primary responsibilities for this position will be associated with a project funded by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES). The study is focused on developing a pragmatic treatment fidelity measure for use in elementary schools. The postdoctoral fellow will collaborate with experienced researchers within the Clinical Psychology program and School of Education at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and the ClarkHill Institute for Positive Youth Development at VCU Duties
Primary responsibilities for the position include collaborating (with opportunities to lead) on research papers and grant applications to support their research program. This position suits an individual interested in implementation science and practice prevention and intervention research socialemotional learning and research in communitybased settings. About the Position This fulltime 12month Postdoctoral Fellow position will begin in Fall 2024. The opening is for a oneyear fellowship with the possibility of renewal. The individual hired will work directly with a team of principal investigators at VCU to manage data train and supervise staff and support schoolbased research partners. This individual will also have dedicated time to support collaborations with project investigators members of the ClarkHill Institute and graduate students on research papers conference presentations and grant applications.
