About the role:

- Represent creditors directors and insolvency practitioners focusing on insolvency matters and related legal challenges.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance in managing litigation cases.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer or Associate with 36 years of experience in litigation and insolvency.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- A strong foundation in technical legal skills is essential.
- A collaborative clientfocused approach to your work.
