About the Opportunity
Were looking for an Implementation Training Specialist with a passion for learning a kind heart a positive attitude and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. As a member of the Client Success Team you will be responsible for designing and developing enablement content including videos eLearning courses articles and other materials ensuring new customers have the foundational knowledge to adopt our products successfully. You must have a true passion for continuous learning and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure the content you create is high quality and meets clients needs.
The Implementation Training Specialist will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission to help local governments take the next step from good to great.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ramp quickly stay current and possess indepth knowledge of ClearGov applications and best practices
- Develop engaging content for virtual customer elearning including presentations videos multimedia courses and assessments focused on implementing ClearGovs solutions
- Author and manage knowledge base documentation including howto articles best practices documentation and checklists on new products
- Conduct live or recorded sessions tailored to implementation
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the accuracy of the developed content
- Share client feedback with the Product Development team to improve functionality and usability of products
- Understand our customers (local governments & school districts) and tailor educational materials and communications to meet their needs
- Draft content for CS enablement of new product launches along with all externalfacing documentation needed for launch
- Work closely with Implementation Managers to ensure training aligns with customer goals and reduces time to value
- Gather insights to refine initial product adoption to be shared with the Adoption team for existing customers
Critical Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience developing and delivering customerfacing education
- Deep understanding of the implementation process
- Ability to write and speak concisely and communicate complex ideas in an easytounderstand manner including technical and nontechnical content
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) multimedia authoring tools (such as Camtasia/Snagit) and learning content authoring tools (such as Articulate) with the ability to produce audio/video segments
- Strong presentation facilitation and management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- High degree of flexibility ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Unparalleled attention to detail and project management skills
- Experience Zendesk Google Suite Microsoft Office and Zoom
