The Position
This position forms part of our Individualised Services team that specialise in supporting people with psychosocial disability. The Support Worker position focuses on assisting participants to meet the goals within their individualised NDIS plan.
The NDIS aims to provide people with choice and control over how when and where those supports are provided. This role aims to promote independence and confidence in our participants to enable them to live their best lives.
This is an outreach community based role providing supports in participants homes and providing transport and support in accessing the wider community.
