Job Description

The Seller Growth Team is a growing businesstech team focused on accelerating the growth of Sellers by providing tools insights and recommendations that enable them to make better and faster decisions at each step of their journey. Our Sellers are both small and large businesses who rely on success in the Amazon marketplace for their livelihood and who we treat as our Customers.

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the Seller Growth team you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for products that empower Amazons thirdparty Sellers to grow their businesses successfully. You will own the development and measurement of highimpact marketing and sales initiatives for technical products to unlock product growth. You will be the single threaded owner in Seller Growth team for marquee marketing initiatives such as Amazon Accelerate our annual selling partner conference.

Key job responsibilities
Develop maintain and execute a scalable product marketing framework for our analytics and recommendations products
Collaborate with Product and technical teams to drive productled growth initiatives growing Seller traffic and engagement of our products
Identify and create compelling audiencefocused sales and marketing collateral and playbooks to drive valuebased conversations and campaigns.
Be the single threaded owner for Seller Growth products at Amazon Accelerate in collaboration with the central Accelerate planning team
Design track and report on traffic metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or equivalent

Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
