The Sr. Director HRBP for GSD will be responsible for supporting two global business units and global R&D function. The successful candidate will is a strategic global HRBP that will lead and support GSD business to build scalable organizational capabilities by attracting engaging developing and retaining top talent required for short and longterm business success. The HRBP role will also provide multifaceted support in all areas of talent management including talent management workforce and succession planning leadership coaching & development as well lead business transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Education
B.A. or B.S. degree required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Proven ability to translate business strategies into organizational and HR strategies effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210200.00$312275.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
