Your Role:
You are a professional Vendor Management Expert who presents a face to our strategic supply base operating in a Framework to manage relationships contracts financials and performance to assure maximum performance of suppliers for deals up to 8 digits. Within your defined portfolio of suppliers you drive contract change requests contracts on boarding issue management invoice tracking supplier quarterly review management.
Who you are:
- You have at least 2 years experience in purchasing and vendor contract management
- You have experience in data contract analytics as well as financial issue resolution suppliers training and preparation of presentation.
- You are skilled in spreadsheets and PowerPoint tools.
- You are fluent in writing and speaking English and are willing to use it all day. Spanish or Italian speaking as a plus.
- Working in Ariba Source to Contract and P2P is a plus.
- You are experienced in indirect sourcing (IT categories applications infrastructure R&D data analytics is a major plus)
- You like to work on winning teams. You are detailed oriented.
