People & Culture Project Officer

  • Employment Type: Full time 35 hours per week
  • Duration: Contract until June 2026
  • Remuneration: Level 6 $100354 $107054 (depending on experience) 17 super leave loading
  • Location: Kensington NSW (Hybrid)

Why your Role Matters:
As the People & Culture Project Officer your focus will be offering proactive administrative and business support to ensure the efficient progression of P&C deliverables. This role plays an integral role in furthering the teams ability to deliver the suite of P&C services that address the diverse needs and interests of our staff.

Were looking for a strong administrator with sound stakeholder management skills and existing project experience to drive P&C initiatives. Youll work closely with colleagues to provide efficient project support across admin reporting and analytical needs that furthers the teams ability to implement key business improvements and achieve key deliverables.

A varied and dynamic project position your day to day will include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of P&C projects and initiatives to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Providing practical and proactive project support and administrative services to the P&C team and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the development of project plans and documentation as well as participating in planning processes.
  • Monitoring tracking and reporting on the status of project deliverables ensuring efficient delivery.

Skills & Experience summary:

You will bring existing project coordination experience ideally within the P&C or Higher Education sector alongside the following skills & experience:

  • A sound understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans objectives and documentation.
  • Advanced time management organisational and problemsolving skills including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in stakeholder management with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels.
  • Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
