- Coordinate the connection between various internal functions and stakeholders to ensure a smooth Order Lifecycle Process.
- Track and optimize the timely completion of Order Obligations to improve collections and reduce DSO.
- Act as a champion for continuous process improvisation coordinating between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects.
- Create standard work procedures around Preinspection Report (PIR) site readiness and related coordination with customers and internal teams to facilitate smoother and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance commercial productivity by streamlining internal processes and removing Muda (waste) from the Sales Process.
- Proven experience in project management specifically in managing the Order Lifecycle Process.
- Strong knowledge of business processes particularly in the area of Order to Cash.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders.
- Ability to track and optimize the timely completion of tasks and obligations.
- Experience in continuous process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
