Project Controller Hybrid
Location: Crawley Hybrid role days per week in the office

Our Opportunity
Thales Secure Communications and Information Systems (SIX) have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controller to join the team in Crawley who provide communication products radios on naval ships and electronic counter measures across the world
You will be responsible for providing project planning monitoring and control expertise across projects within SIX and will ensure best practice Project Controls are deployed across bids and projects and that data from those Controls is interpreted and clearly presented as actionable information for Project Leadership and Senior Management decisionmaking.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Projects have a robust Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Performance Management Baseline (PMB).
The successful candidate will need full Security Clearance (SC)
Due to the nature of the work that we do at Thales many of our roles are subject to security restrictions. This role requires Security Clearance (SC). It would be advantageous if currently held however if not currently held it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo achieve and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment. About You:
You will have proven successful handson experience in planning scheduling data analysis & cost control within a complex engineering/manufacturing environment covering high level & detailed schedule compilation programme reporting budgeting & risk management.
You will have ideally have working knowledge / application of scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project.
You will have a thorough understanding of planning techniques for example; the application of critical path analysis work breakdown structures etc
A high level of proficiency in the use of project planning tools and standard business administration software.
