Job Details

The Executive Onboarding and Integration Manager is responsible for implementing improving and overseeing a worldclass onboarding process for executive leaders (VP) within the global organization. This role focuses on creating a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that aligns with the companys values and strategic goals while ensuring that new executives feel welcomed informed and prepared to contribute effectively to the organization from their first day.

This role will independently work handinhand with the recruiters recruiting coordinator HR Business Partners HR COEs hiring teams and other crossfunctional stakeholders to provide a world class candidate & new employee experience for each executive.

The ideal candidate excels at executive communication systems thinking influencing without authority and building relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to impact the integration experience while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Conshohocken Pennsylvania and requires the employee to be on site three to four 4 days per week.

Strategic Program Implementation

  • Informed by internal future state program design execute a comprehensive global onboarding strategy for executive leaders that enhances their transition into the organization tailored for each executive level (VP SVP ELT).
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals culture and talent strategy fostering a sense of inclusion and engagement while accelerating executives business impact.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and improve a global experience that includes orientation training mentoring and networking opportunities across geographies tailored to each executive level (VP SVP ELT).

Program Lead for Executive Integration Core team

  • Lead engagement of executive Integration core team (HR Executive Operations etc) to plan facilitate and execute executive integration. Monitor completion of tasks and actions of standard process; escalate as needed for support and visibility.
  • Partner with HR and key stakeholders to gather resources necessary for a white glove integration experience to ensure that new executives receive relevant information tools and support throughout their integration.
  • Establish relationship as primary point of contact for incoming and transitioning executives to provide an exceptional candidate experience; serve as an advocate for the candidate ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout preboarding and integration processes. Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Continuous Improvement: Assessment and Implementation

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in executive onboarding ensuring the program remains competitive and effective.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and analytics to assess program effectiveness. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program including participant feedback engagement levels and performance indicators.
  • Plan and implement focused areas of improvement with crossfunctional stakeholders based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Qualifications: Requires Bachelors Degree in HR Management Business or related field. Minimum of five years of directly related and progressively responsible human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups to consensus. Ability to present and discuss strategies in a manner that establishes rapport persuades others.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority stakeholders (in person or remote) to drive action accountability and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with executive leaders and build relationships across all levels of the organization across geographies.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking competence to understand and analyze complex systems by recognizing the interrelationships and interactions among various components within interconnected experience. Understanding of matrix relationship functions/endto end processes; strategic imperatives; deep understanding of organizational culture and company values.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results. Strong organizational and collaborative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement with an analytical mindset to assess program effectiveness and make datadriven improvements leveraging both quantitative and qualitative sentiment. Must have ability to review and understand data trends and metrics.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problemsolving techniques in a highly complex and matrix environment.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment dealing with change and ambiguity.
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
  • Strong proficiency in both Microsoft Office required Word Excel PowerPoint.
