Key job responsibilities As 3P Customer Programs Manager you will: Own endtoend management of FBA Buy More & Save and FBA Subscribe & Save programs driving adoption selection and instock performance. Partner with BI teams to build maintain and optimize program reporting dashboards and metrics Maintain comprehensive program reporting including WBR/QBR/MBR inputs ensuring key stakeholders stay informed of program performance & strategic recommendations. Lead stakeholder management across Finance Operations and business teams ensuring alignment and effective communication Design and execute training programs for internal teams on program features processes and best practices Drive program roadmap for AU FBA Customer Programs including new feature launches and program enhancements Monitor program health metrics and KPIs establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement Drive selection growth through targeted seller engagement and adoption strategies Identify and execute opportunities to scale and optimize program performance across key categories
This role will have a high degree of autonomy you will work with various stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization.
