Job Description

What You ll Be Doing:

Be part of our client s team as a Project Coordinator supporting capital projects with administrative precision. You ll handle contracts track project paperwork and keep everything running smoothly from behind the scenes. You ll be the steady hand that keeps construction and property development on point.

Job Snapshot:

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Monday to Friday 11:00 PM 08:00 AM
Work Setup: Onsite in Makati / Ortigas / Quezon City (Open to WFH)

Key Responsibilities You ll Own:
  • Prepare maintain and administer contract documents in accordance with policies and regulations
  • Verify that all required materials in contract packages are complete and accurate
  • Request and maintain contractor and consultant insurance certificates
  • Track and coordinate contract and change order processes
  • Maintain invoice tracking logs for all projects
  • Enter and maintain contracts in the purchase order system
  • Match contracts and purchase orders to invoices for payment processing
  • Organize maintain and purge construction documents as needed
  • Organize and maintain project closeout documentation
  • Update and maintain project contact lists logs and reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Complete other developmentrelated tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in thirdparty property management or real estate
  • Bachelor s degree from a fouryear college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with MS Project and PowerPoint is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands for typing and handling documents
  • Occasionally required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Visual ability to see clearly at close and long distances and distinguish colors
