Job Summary:
The Instructor/Senior Instructor at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Refugee Mental Health Practice will join the CU Medicine Department of Psychiatry Faculty Practice and University of Colorado Outpatient Clinic in an expanding program working with immigrants and refugees of all ages. Our clients seek care for suffering related to past trauma resettlement and acculturation difficulties and other mental health issues. The Instructor/Senior Instructor will work with the Refugee Mental Health Program Clinical Director/Medical Director to expand the existing Immigrant and Refugee Mental Health program.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Location: Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 23 days per week on campus and as needed for inperson meetings.

The Immigrant and Refugee team members include psychiatrists psychologists social workers counselors and a psychiatric advance practice provider. The team provides initial psychiatric evaluations ongoing mental health care and referrals as necessary.
The typical schedule is MF 8am5pm. The therapist will provide both inperson and telehealth appointments.
