Job Description
We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to serve as Call Center Coaches supporting a DoD behavioral health program. This role provides telephonic coaching crisis support and transition planning to service members and veterans - helping them navigate care with empathy and expertise.
This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award anticipated in October 2025.
WORKSITE: Fully Remote
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time with flexible availability (some evening/weekend coverage may be required)
PAY RATE: $55.00 -$58.00 per hour

WHAT YOULL DO:
Provide telephonic motivational interviewing coaching and care transition support
Conduct clinical triage and crisis counseling in alignment with protocols
Support military-connected individuals navigating mental health services
Document clinical interactions and coordinate care with internal teams
Maintain professional boundaries and deliver high-quality care remotely
Complete training in privacy HIPAA and DHA-specific protocols before engagement
WHAT YOULL BRING:
Masters degree in a mental health field (psychology social work counseling etc.)
Active professional license (LCSW LPC LMFT or equivalent - Required)
Experience in triage motivational interviewing and crisis counseling (Required)
3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting (Preferred)
Familiarity with military and veteran mental health concerns (Highly Preferred)
Strong verbal communication and remote engagement skills
Must pass Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
