Job Description
Are you attending automotive classes or looking to further your automotive career

Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership including but not limited to oil changes tire rotations and alignments
- Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Troubleshoot diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- Must be available to work flexible schedule and Saturdays
- 1year of automotive technician experience is preferred but not required
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent handeye coordination
- Excellent customer service skills and proficient computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
