Location Specific Information:
The territory this role will be covering is Southern California and the Bay Area with bulk of the customers in Southern California ie. Orange County and Riverside
Discover Impactful Work:
The Senior Sales Genetic Testing Specialist (GTS representative) will concentrate on growing the companys genetic testing business across areas such as Pharmacogenomics infectious disease and oncology.
The GTS representative should demonstrate a clear grasp of customer needs and the buying criteria of molecular testing laboratories including reference laboratories and healthcare facilities. In this technical selling role the candidate needs to showcase an indepth understanding of molecular workflows spanning multiple technologies like quantitative PCR digital PCR and sequencing.
The primary duty is to meet revenue and quota goals for the genetic testing product and service portfolio. Additionally the role requires developing and promoting strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. Collaboration with various teams and effective communication with sales teams channel partners and internal business partners are essential for success.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112400.00$149000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
