JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Pricing Manager will develop and implement pricing strategies analyzes market trends and competitor pricing and collaborates with crossfunctional teams to optimize pricing for maximum profitability and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies:Formulate and execute pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:Analyze market trends competitor pricing and customer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
- Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analyses to assess the impact of pricing decisions on profitability and revenue.
- Collaboration:Work closely with sales finance marketing product management and other departments to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.
- Pricing Optimization:Continuously monitor pricing performance identify areas for improvement and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:May be involved in negotiating pricing terms with customers and managing pricing contracts.
- Reporting and Analysis:Prepare reports and analyses to track pricing performance and identify trends.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to pricing.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are essential for interpreting data and making informed pricing decisions.
- Business Acumen:A solid understanding of business principles financial concepts and market dynamics is crucial.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and present pricing recommendations.
- Data Analysis:Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to analyze pricing data and identify trends.
- Software Proficiency:Familiarity with pricing software CRM systems and other relevant tools.
- Bachelors degree in business finance economics or a related field.
- Relevant experience in pricing sales marketing or finance is often preferred.
