About the role
Provide leadership to a growing team focusing on client outcomes quality standards growth and performance of our inhome/community aged care services across NSW. This role would suit someone who has the drive and commitment to take our client focussed aged care programs to the next level.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and grow our newly established aged care footprint in Newcastle as well as contribute to the continued uplift and growth of Aged Care across other areas of New South Wales
This role would suit someone who is an experienced community services leader has strong financial understanding commercial acumen and relationship building skills. This is a permanent fulltime position which will be based in Newcastle with hybrid work from home arrangements.
