Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Executive Director (RN) to lead our Gallatin TN operations. In this key leadership role youll be responsible for the strategic oversight and daytoday management of our hospice agency ensuring topquality patientcentered care and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and overall administration of hospice services.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations including Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
Lead mentor and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver highquality compassionate care.
Develop and implement strategic goals and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor hospice census staffing trends and ensure appropriate resource allocation.
Manage budgets billing processes and financial performance.
Drive business development and growth initiatives in the local market.
Hire train and evaluate staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Serve as the primary liaison for patients families physicians and the broader community.
Be accessible during business hours and available after hours as needed for urgent matters.
Qualifications
Must be one of the following:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Physician
Licensed Social Worker
Bachelors degree with relevant healthcare experience
Minimum of 3 years in healthcare and 5 years in leadership ideally in hospice or home health.
Proven success in hospice leadership at the executive level.
Demonstrated business development and growth capabilities.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical standards.
Current CPR certification required.
Valid drivers license insurance and access to reliable transportation.
