TFI Family Services is hiring a fulltime Support Worker to join our team!
What Youll Do
As a Support Worker youll work closely with Case Managers to support families and help children thrive in safe loving environments. Youll:
- Teach families important skills like managing emotions building healthy relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Connect families with resources and advocate for their needs.
- Be part of a team that plans and works together to improve the lives of children and families.
What You Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience working with kids and families.
- An associate degree in Human Services can replace the experience requirement.
- A willingness to learnwell teach you everything you need to succeed!
