We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Java Software Developer with 35 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication demonstrate strong ownership and dependability make independent decisions collaborate effectively with colleagues and be committed to continuous selfdevelopment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering highquality Java software solutions ensuring minimal defects and adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Skills:

• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver leadership presentations.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field with a 4to 6years of experience range.
• 35 years of experience in Java 11.x or above.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular or similar.
• Experience withSQL Server or Oracle database.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Hibernate or Struts.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and selfimprovement.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of RESTFULAPI development and integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
