Job Description
Technical Skills
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Senior Java Engineer with strong focus on automated testing (unit integration acceptance).
Proficiency in working with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.
Familiarity with scripting and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform AWS CDK or similar is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Experience working in international multicultural Agile teams.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for team events or workshops.
- Develop and enhance platform capabilities used across multiple business units within the client s organization.
- Collaborate closely with product leaders architects and subject matter experts to shape and deliver technical solutions.
- Improve the delivery pipeline and deployment processes to enable continuous delivery and operational excellence.
- Support customer success teams by resolving technical issues and implementing robust workarounds.
- Ensure all solutions are documented tested and aligned with compliance and quality standards.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing documentation and demos for engineering and stakeholder communities.
