Become a key player as aFinancial Analyst:
At Adobe the DMe Field organization propels the business through datadriven forecast provides influential insights and drives operational efficiencies.
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Help consolidate topline rolling financial forecast process. Support outlook QRF and annual planning process.
- Develop and consolidate full P&L financial reporting and analysis including quarterly results package for various executive financial reviews.
- Determine appropriate process methodology variables and modeling techniques to develop and deliver forecasts
- Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
- Seek efficiencies in processes designing for scale and flexibility
- Partner with Finance Systems team to refine data systems and tools to track performance provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights.
- Be extremely curious with strong desire to drive issues to root cause such as in the explanation of key variances between actuals and plans / forecasts
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred but not required
- 4 6 years of Finance experience required; experience in SaaS Investment Banking or Consulting experience preferred
- Selfstarter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction and develop new strategies to approach business challenges
- High attention to detail proven analytical rigor with the ability to lead set objectives and get results
- Strong communication & social skills with ability to influence and drive decision making across crossfunctional teams
- Strong project management planning and organizational skills including ability to handle several projects at a time in a fastpaced environment
- Advanced Excel skills a must. Experience in Tableau TM1 Alteryx PowerBI and SQL are preferred.
- Technical skills in data dashboarding and reporting automation
Pay Range:
$48.00 $53.00/hour
