Job Description
Role:
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Finance Product and Operations to ensure a clear structured and aligned path forward. Your findings will directly inform the design of future technical solutions and ways of working.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process and system-heavy environments
- Hands-on experience working with Quote-to-Cash or similar end-to-end business models
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Skilled in facilitating workshops gathering requirements and producing clear structured documentation
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a complex and evolving business environment
- Experience with relevant systems such as Salesforce (CRM) Kappa PI & Workflow (Back Office) AX and Workday Finance (Finance)
