The ideal candidate is passionate about driving and creating mechanisms to improve the customer shopping experience. As the Senior Product Manager Customer Trust you will be responsible for elevating the shopping experience for customers and brands on Amazon. You will launch streamline and build products programs processes and tools that improve the trust and quality of our offering. This role will own a foundational pillar of F2s Premium Brand strategy and will scale efforts to protect and elevate all branded products and programs in our store. The ideal candidate is highly organized analytical works effectively with internal and external contacts has the proven ability to manage critical projects concurrently and through to successful completion and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a highly dynamic environment. This role resides on the Premium team; a part of Amazon Fashion & Fitness (F2. You will bring prior experience in product or program management and have experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive decisionmaking. Likewise we are obsessed with our customers and are relentless in ensuring that we are able to present them with the brands products and collaborations they are looking for. This role will require a strong sense of ownership while being able to partner and influence other teams to deliver results quickly. The crossfunctional scope of this endeavor requires that you show up as a discipline expert with an innate ability to earn trust of key stakeholders. In this role you will collaborate with Retail vendor managers tech marketing catalog product quality brand protection UX and partner teams across multiple organizations at Amazon.
The successful Sr. PM:
Has prior product or program management experience and strong understanding on the intricacies of working with strategic crosscategory and crossGL brands and stakeholder teams
Is a smart hardworking and a creative person who loves solving difficult business problems and getting things done
Can think big to develop and nurture new ideas while simultaneously applying high standards to out ideas that are less impactful with a healthy disregard for the ways things have been
Is comfortable collaborating and influencing team members working with development teams and other business groups and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis

Has the ability to develop a longterm strategy working with external and internal stakeholders to elevate strategic projects and drive positive customer experience

Develops clear and detailed SOPs and functional requirements
Partners with key stakeholders globally to develop launch and scale processes that balance Brand needs with Customer trust
Is able to analyze and leverage data to assess risk and identify mechanisms to proactively mitigate the risk
Leverages industry best practices to establish repeatable practices principles & processes
Develops and communicates our roadmap to stakeholders
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
