As a member of our worldclass People Analytics team the Product Portfolio Lead has the opportunity to understand business needs and connect them with effective technology solutions. Key Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy for our People Analytics technology portfolio and roadmap while partnering closely with IT to effectively drive its and deliver impactful scalable solutions.
- Understand upstream business processes and data as well as our technology ecosystem to suggest opportunities to improve how we amass data and convert it into democratized insights.
- Spearhead efforts to identify and drive analyticsrelated automation (e.g. data quality scripts).
- Ensure that bugs enhancements and recurring rituals (e.g. user access updates) are efficiently and accurately performed by our vendor partners with tidy documentation. Also lead user testing to ensure quality.
- Partner with our People Technology and Information Technology teams to seamlessly align our efforts across source systems integrations warehouses and insight layers.
Required Qualifications:

- Ability to drive projects proactively and collaboratively with a focus on impactful solutions.
- Demonstrated facility with information technology as well as technical product management in partnership with IT professionals.
- Concise communication and an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Efficiency organization and attention to impactful details.
- BA or BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience in information technology People/HR analytics business analytics industrial/organizational psychology consulting or similar experience (or 8 years with a masters degree).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hybrid role: onsite at least three days per week in Foster City California.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Python R ThoughtSpot AWS Workday and/or Tableau proficiency.
- Handson experience building with GenAI solutions esp conversational chatbots for databases and dashboards.
- Analytical mindset (e.g. fluency in metrics and statistics visualization survey methodology data management etc..
- People analytics consulting and/or human resources experience.
