About the School:
Prospero Teachingis seeking a Math Teacher for amediumsized mixed secondary school in London to join Team 1 in September 2025. The ideal Math teacher will be qualified and be a passionate educator.
This is a secondary school located on the edge of London and Hertfordshire. The school attracts students from students in Hertfordshire and Enfield. The Headteacher is actively seeking a teacher who is interested in securing a role they can grow and develop within.
We are working together to source a teacher who is able to teach Key Stage 3 (Grades 79 Key Stage 4 (Grades 1011 and in the future Key Stage 5 (Grades 1213.

The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent subject knowledge in Math
- Have experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment
- Have a genuine belief in the potential of every child
- Have high expectations for all pupils
- Have a flexible can do attitude
- Successfully manage classes and deal with challenging behaviour
- Encourage students to reach their full potential
- Be patient and have a good sense of humour
Qualifications:
- Have a Bachelor of Education or equivalent with good standing
- You hold the right to work and teach in the UK (UK Passport Ancestry Visa Spousal Visa or Youth Mobility Visa)
- Be eligible for QTS
- Have uptodate Safeguarding training within the last year (Prospero offers accredited CPD training)
- Successfully undergo RCMPcertified criminal record checks
- Provide at least two professional teaching references covering the last two years
