We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Wilmington NC. This position plays a critical role in maintaining an organized efficient and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Receive unload and organize incoming shipments
Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for delivery
Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock counts
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in all work areas
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
