About the role:

Gartner is looking for a full time Salesforce Developer to join the Sales Service and Corporate Engineering team. As a Salesforce Engineer you will be designing and developing the customized solutions within the Salesforce Platform. You will be responsible for writing Apex Classes Triggers Flows and LWC components to deliver new capabilities and maintain existing codebase for Salesforce Org.

What you will do:

• Understand the requirements and provide one or more options for the solution utilizing Salesforce best practices.

• Perform handson solution design proofofconcepts and development and testing tasks as required in support of the implementation activities.

• Manage critical customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation.

• Work with a crossfunctional SCRUM team to maintain and enhance SFDC Platform

• Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices guidelines to improve system productivity scaling and monitoring.

• Participate in code reviews peer inspections and technical design/specifications.

• Managing the incidents and resolutions with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis

What you will need:

Experienced professional with 2 to 4 relevant experiences in the force platform understanding of key SFDC design. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problemsolving skills along with high on ownership and accountability.

Must have:

• 2 years handson experience on the force platform understanding of key SFDC design and architectural concepts. Indepth understanding of capabilities and constraints of SFDC CRM application.

• Salesforce development experience including strong working knowledge and ability to code in APEX (classes triggers batch processes and web services) VisualForce Lighting (Aura) LWC Salesforce APIs SOQL and Force.

• Experience in integration to third party tools or web api integrations.

• Excellent software development and objectoriented design fundamentals.

Nice to have:

• Understanding about the deployment techniques and change management.

• Certified Salesforce platform developer or Salesforce Advanced developer or CRM Analytics.

Who you are:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be familiar with systems scope and projects objectives to ensure design build and test of a robust system

• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fastpaced AGILESCRUM environment.

• Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development frameworks and technologies.
