Job Title:
Salesforce Developer Experience Cloud & Integration
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud and system integrations. The ideal candidate will design develop and deploy secure scalable solutions that enhance user experiences on Experience Cloud sites and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites including pages components themes and user access controls.
- Design and build high-quality Apex classes triggers Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) and Visualforce pages.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica) or custom APIs.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on best practices.
- Perform unit testing fix bugs and support system testing and UAT.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce security standards and coding best practices.
- Support deployment activities using version control and CI/CD tools (e.g. Gearset Copado SFDX).
- Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Solid skills in Apex Lightning Components (LWC and Aura) Visualforce and declarative tools (flows process builder).
- Experience designing and developing API integrations (REST SOAP) and working with integration tools or middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security sharing rules and data model.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications (Platform Developer II Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud Service Cloud).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g. Git Gearset Copado).
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar project tracking tools.
