We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented university student to join our Quality Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team as an intern. We are looking for a Special Mission Intern passionate about the restaurant industry to join our team based in Barcelona.
What you will do:
Under the direction of the Special Mission Team Leader you will:
- Upload and maintain menus on our online platform.
- Assist with manual tasks that require attention to detail and consistency.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify emerging trends or issues related to review & photo moderation and provide suggestions for improvement
- Communicate with users regarding moderation decisions and provide feedback on how to improve their content if necessary
- Keep uptodate with changes in community guidelines policies and regulations related to photo moderation
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program preferably in a field such as Business Finance Economics Data Analytics Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of tools like SQL is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Interest in fraud prevention compliance or process optimization.
