The Role
In this role youll support the design development implementation and maintenance of database systems. Youll collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those needs into technical requirements. Youll also design and implement database solutions optimize database performance ensure data security and troubleshoot database problems. Some oncall support may be required.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in a relevant field and relevant Systems Engineering experience (specific requirements outlined based on experience level).
Experience with Oracle Linux SQL and scripting.
Experience with Oracle Data Guard Jira Confluence and relational database design tools (a plus).
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (with CIPG within the last 7 years). No CCAs sponsorships or upgrades. Please note YOU MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or undercleared applicants will not receive a response).
Location
Worksite is in a contractor facility in Annapolis Junction MD.
