We are seeking an experienced Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) Cluster Manager to oversee the operational excellence of multiple data centers within our regional infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership operational management and strategic planning to ensure optimal performance of our data center operations.

Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple data centers within a region ensuring 24/7 operational reliability
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cluster operations
Manage a team of data center facility managers chief engineers and technicians
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams on maintenance upgrades and expansion projects
Monitor and optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE) and other key performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cluster operations
Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience with data center infrastructure including cooling power and network systems
8 years of data center operations experience
5 years of management experience in a technical environment



Masters degree in relevant field
Relevant Professional certifications (e.g. CDCP CDCS PMP)
Experience with sustainable data center practices
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
