Position Summary

The Inventory Planning Senior Analyst (EndtoEnd Planning) is a key supply chain professional responsible for managing the entire planning process. From store level planning to purchasing and collaboration with Category Management Partnering to meet Sales goals you will manage the inventory to support the sales within the guideline of inventory KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting

• Use replenishment systems and internal tools to accurately predict future product demand across supplier lines and categories.

Supply Planning

• Purchase necessary products and maintain target stock levels while achieving inventory GMROII and turn goals through collaboration with the Merchant Team and Supplier Partners.

Risk Management

• Identify potential supply chain disruptions (e.g. supplier delays weather events) and develop mitigation strategies.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as instock rates fill rates and ontime and infull (OTIF) deliveries. Ensure promotional and planogram readiness.

Data Analysis

• Utilizing advanced data analytics tools to identify trends optimize planning processes and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proficiency in supply chain planning systems (Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment)
• Understanding of supply chain principles including forecasting or inventory management

Preferred Qualifications

• Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with crossfunctional teams

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
