Job Description
Amazon and MX Player recently joined forces to accelerate premium free entertainment for 250 million users in India. With this acquisition Amazon merged two of Indias most popular free AVOD (or adsupported video on demand) services MX Player and Amazon miniTV into one service Amazon MX Player.
Amazon MX Player is Amazon Indias big bet in terms of shaping the future of the free AVOD landscape in India. We are looking for a monetization leader who can help us grow our indirect revenue ads sales book. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a startup like environment and is passionate about digital media sales.

role will report in to the head of the indirect revenue team. You should be comfortable with external ad network leaders build and scale revenues and have the ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders / teams.
Key job responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective management of programmatic auctions optimizing yield and performance.
Maintain and grow relationships with agencies trading desks DSPS SSPs in order to facilitate seamless deal executions
Monitor open marketplace deals and bids to seek opportunities to drive Indirect revenue.
Stay updated with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee the daytoday operations of programmatic auctions ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to drive integrated solutions and achieve revenue goals.
4 years of sales experience
Experience in DSP/ad network sales
Experience building highvelocity ad products
Experience working in ecommerce
