Our client is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the executive team. This key role demands a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills be detailoriented and have a knack for anticipating the needs of executives.

Key Responsibilities:



Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace etc. and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in managing sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a fastpaced work environment.
  • A proactive selfmotivated attitude with a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Experience in a corporate environment with a focus on executive management support is highly preferred.
