Job Description
As the Marketing Manager Growth Marketing for European Markets you will take full ownership of performance marketing initiatives across paid search shopping social display and video. You ll manage budgets optimize creative and campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to global leaders. This strategic datadriven role focuses on driving growth customer acquisition and app usage for one of the world s leading ecommerce platforms.

Your Daily Tasks
- Drive performance marketing strategies across paid search shopping social display and video from concept to optimization and postcampaign analysis
- Develop strategies to boost eCommerce app user acquisition through paid media and app store optimization (ASO)
- Collaborate with regional leads and specialists to scale paid media programs and explore new platforms and testing opportunities
- Plan and manage largescale campaigns across platforms (e.g. Google Bing Facebook Instagram Twitter YouTube Snapchat Apple Search Ads TikTok) using native tools
- Partner with business insights product and engineering teams to improve tracking and develop actionable campaign reporting (daily weekly monthly)
- Optimize campaign performance through copy testing keyword analysis bid adjustments budget allocation A/B testing creative optimization and product feed enhancements
- Support product feed marketing efforts on platforms like Google Shopping Facebook DPA and comparison shopping engines
- Collaborate with crossfunctional internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign
- Work with creative teams to develop highimpact ad assets
- Align paid strategies with organic content through coordination with earned and influencer media teams
- Ensure CPA goals are achieved while scaling customer acquisition
- Act as the primary liaison for external vendors and agency partners
- Maintain uptodate certifications (e.g. Google AdWords Certified Professional)

The Qualifications We Seek
Experience Requirements:
- At least 4 5 years of experience in paid media search social display and video
- Background in B2C ecommerce or agencyside marketing for midtolargescale campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage endtoend campaigns from planning to postcampaign analysis
- Experience with platforms such as Google Search and Shopping Facebook Ads Display Networks and YouTube advertising
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies processes and
- Deep knowledge of how digital channels connect to broader business objectives
- Proven ability to execute innovative datadriven marketing campaigns at both strategic and tactical levels
- Expertise in paid search social and display marketing including bidding strategies optimization techniques and platformspecific ad units
- Proficient with Facebook Ads Manager Twitter Ads Dashboard Google Ads and other media buying platforms
- Solid grasp of key marketing metrics like CPA ROAS LTV and churn
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional tactful and collaborative in crossfunctional and external partnerships
- Effective in oral communication and working across internal teams
Tools and Platform Proficiency:
- GSuite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Google Ads Facebook and related ad platforms
- Familiarity with paid search management tools product feed systems and tag management solutions
- Knowledge of Asana or similar project/task management platforms is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytics platforms particularly Google Analytics
- Experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
