We serve up the product and offering catalog containing billions of records to hundreds of clients such as those powering website shopping experiences teams analyzing catalog datasets to make critical business decisions and teams diagnosing issues impacting their businesses/experiences.
Our expertise lies in developing large scale distributed systems that manage billions of products and offers in the catalog. These systems process hundreds of millions of changes to the catalog daily and respond to billions of requests from hundreds of internal clients daily. These systems also include scalable data pipelines that create large foundational datasets (in petabytes) to support thousands of clients performing analytics queries and include catalog diagnostic tools that support thousands of internal users. As a Senior Product ManagerTechnical (PMT) you will assume endtoend product ownership over one or more of our technical products. You will be expected to dive deep into the technology from both a product and customer perspective and work with software engineers and business partners to define build launch and grow new technologydriven products and services. You will participate in all parts of the software development process from collaborating with customers to understand their needs to determining longterm strategy for our core products to design to executing that design in a scalable and extensible way. You will have the opportunity to solve hard problems and help the business grow. Successful candidates are passionate about translating highlevel ambiguous business goals to software platforms that enable multiple businesses.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and own the product roadmap for a product and improve the endtoend customer impact.
Understand your customers and their pain points; work with your users and stakeholders to find solutions that help them enable their scenarios.
Formulate product vision and strategy define and prioritize road maps define user stories.
Partner with WW business Tech product/ program teams on defining designing and delivering highquality products.
Engage with teams across Amazon to evangelize your product and address use cases.
Identify assess and mitigate risks for your product/ program provide escalation management .
Clearly communicate plan and project status to management and business stakeholders on your products.
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Strong problem solver and a track record of delivering large software products in a leadership role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
