Supports outreach efforts for Dole Institute programs and the Student Advisory Board (SAB)
In collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Intern leads outreach and marketing for the Dole Institutes Student Advisory Board
Brainstorms and executes new ideas for student outreach and recruitment
Post events to Rock Chalk Central
Provides an SAB membership presence at campus events including tabling for internal events (Discussion Groups Pizza and Politics and SAB programs) and KU events (Unionfest Hawk Week)
Helps with Flyering in strategic locations
May assist with maintenance of all official SAB social media accounts
Draft emails for the Discussion Groups and Pizza and Politics outreach lists
Grow and maintain outreach lists for the SAB
Leads efforts to enhance oncampus presence and awareness including meeting with student organizations and maintaining relationships with campus groups
10 Administrative Responsibilities
Collaborate regularly with student workers to plan strategic outreach for student events opportunities and awards
Perform other duties as needed

Work Schedule 37 hours per week; flexibility in scheduling MondayFriday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. available Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday late afternoons/evenings for events as needed
