At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Meaningful work youll be part of
As an Oracle HCM Senior Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understand clients Human Capital Management and broader business requirements and how they align to Oracle functionality
Plan and design the best and most optimal solution for the client. Leverage best practices and oversee design touchpoints across all HCM functional areas of Oracle
Working with our team lead the configuration of the designed Oracle solution to meet the clients HCM related and broader business requirements
Participate in sales cycles to estimate project costs and efforts participate at client orals and presentations and assist to draft and finalize Statements of Work
Lead initiatives to develop and improve the Oracle practice
Experiences and skills youll use to solve
510 years of progressive Oracle delivery experience on complex Oracle HCM Cloud engagements
Indepth experience as a HCM Solution Architect leading the implementation of complex Oracle HCM Cloud engagements. Indepth experience delivering integrated HCM solutions that include Oracle Cloud Core HR Payroll (for Canada) Time and Labour as well as other functions including integration with 3rd party workforce scheduling solutions
Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for crossfunctional complexity and stretch Oracle HCM Cloud to its configuration limits
Minimum of 4 full implementation cycles in an HCM Solution Architect role for Oracle HCM Cloud engagements in progressively complex organizations
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
Deep business expertise in Human Capital Management business processes in a variety of industries.
Strong solutioning and writing skillsets to lead comprehensive and compelling RFP responses for Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.
Strong client communication and team leadership skills
Superior detail orientation organization and analytical skills
Must have an interest in learning and an obsession about figuring out how things work
