What Youll Do:
- Procurement for entire production and prototyping
- Analyse the market and ensure a reliable supplier base for existing and new products
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms pricing and contractual agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality and a reliable supply chain
- Collaborate with RnD for product developments
- Actively participate in continuous improvement for production and procurement related processes
- Advance ERP solution for higher productivity
Requirements
What Youll Bring:
- A technical background through education or handson experience in technical procurement or a related field
- A strong grasp of ERP systems and their role in scaling businesses particularly in production planning and parts management
- Proven expertise in negotiation vendor management and procurement within a production or manufacturing setting
- Handson experience with production planning and parts management
- A passion for standardisation automation and continuous improvement
- A deep understanding of production and procurement workflows enabling strategic and efficient decisionmaking
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
