Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026.

Working Hours: 37 hours

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is 31586 (Level one) rising to 34314 pro rata for parttime

About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting the bond between parents and babies

Healthy Little Minds is seeking an experienced and caring Family Support Worker to join our team providing a parentinfant relationship service. In this role you will work directly with parents carers and infants providing assessments 1:1 evidencebased interventions and group work to support infant mental health.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to manage allocated cases and a commitment to integrated working.

Experience of working with vulnerable children young people and adults from a variety of backgrounds in an outcome focused way.

A good knowledge and understanding of child development baby brain development bonding and attachment and the needs of babies and families.

Ability to conduct assessments and analyse findings to formulate action plansand the ability to produce high quality written records and reports

A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
