Senior Account Manager

Job Overview: Our client in commercial insurance is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Risk Management team in Denver Colorado. This role involves managing a growing book of generalist and real estate accounts providing toptier service to clients producers and insurance carriers.

This is a Direct Hire role.


What you will be doing as a Senior Account Manager

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a proactive servicedriven approach

  • Oversee account renewals and the marketing of new and renewal business

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate with resources such as Claims Legal Safety and Marketing when needed

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client service

  • Prepare materials for client meetings and attend as needed

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage and service

  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless account management

  • Mentor and support team members as a subject matter expert

Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Senior Account Manager
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred

  • 68 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational problemsolving and timemanagement abilities

  • Experience with EPIC Agency Management Software preferred

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Hours you will be work as a Senior Account Manager

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. After 90 days enjoy a hybrid schedule with inoffice work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
