Job Description

The Data and Analytics organization within AWS is seeking a dedicated wellorganized and customerobsessed Executive Assistant to provide support for leaders in our Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a longterm Amazonian and support a leader and organization responsible for a number of AWS services including S3 used by millions of customers around the world.

As part of a fun and highly collaborative team you will be comfortable working independently as well as actively engaging in shaping and nurturing our team culture. In this role youll be responsible for keeping your leader organized informed and on task by meticulously managing their calendar proactively anticipating needs and driving continuous improvements. Youll be able to manage multiple sometimes competing priorities and be flexible when new issues arise. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with leaders (inside and outside of Amazon) is crucial for this role.

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations from foundational services such as Amazons Simple Storage Service (S3 and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2 to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWSs services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization youll support the development and management of Compute Database Storage Internet of Things (Iot) Platform and Productivity Apps services in AWS including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Key job responsibilities
Expertly manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
Craft detailed efficient travel itineraries that optimize time and productivity
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Conceptualize and execute a diverse range of team events from social gatherings to largescale staff meeting agendas global team meetings and offsites.
Partner with leaders to understand their priorities and build processes to make their organizations happier and more effective.

Working in a highly ambiguous environment you will complete tasks and projects quickly and with little to no guidance and take effective action without having to know the total picture. You will apply a superior attention to detail great organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests while maintaining flexibility a sense of humor and most importantly grace under pressure. You will understand business priorities demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leaders and their teams. Over time you will build deep and trusting professional relationships with the leaders and their teams which will blossom into strong partnerships that provide opportunity for special projects with increased responsibility and longterm career growth.

5 years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
