store find securely access and organize content so they can get more done. Amazon WorkDocs serves more than 900K Amazonians storing 2.5B document versions. Our mission is to provide a secure and loveable customer experience for document storage viewing editing and collaborating across teams and individuals. WorkDocs enhances the productivity of its customers by providing an efficient way to store and collaborate on their documents. The WorkDocs product is a culmination of core platform (data plane control plane and search) web experience desktop and mobile client experience addins and APIs. Amazon WorkDocs is core to Amazons document writing culture and is used across levels for reviewing documents.

We are looking for a wellrounded software development engineer with knowledge of Web client technologies and frameworks like React a proven track record of solving challenging technical problems and creating great products for end users to join WorkDocs Client Engineering team. Expectations from candidate is to help us build new set of Collaborative experiences and services for Enterprise Information Workers.


Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional design and coding skills along with strong technical acumen. You will be will be a catalyst for change by working with the various product managers and principal engineers to code and design flexible and scalable solutions and work on some of the most complex challenges . 3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language

3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
Knowledge of core Web client technologies and frameworks like React
Knowledge of native client technologies and frameworks like C# .NET Core WPF
Ability to develop multiplatform clients for Web Windows/PC MacOS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
