Job Description
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering in the College of Arts and Sciences at North Central College invites applications for a 1year visiting position in computer science and engineering beginning August 2024. A Ph.D. in computer science computer engineering or a closely related field in computing is preferred; applicants with a Masters degree and highereducation teaching experience will be considered. The primary teaching responsibilities for this position will center on core computer science and/or computer engineering courses such as objectoriented programming. Candidates should have demonstrated potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching and mentoring. We strongly believe in worklife balance and a noncompetitive collaborative work environment.
