About the role:
- Liaising and providing advice to clients.
- Preparing reviewing and amending contracts commercial reports agreements and other related documentation.
- Research federal state and local legislation & regulations.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer 12 PQE with experience working in a Corporate or Commercial law firm.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent research and communication skills (verbal written).
- Highly adept in word processing and excel spreadsheets.
